◇Japan Art Donationでは支援先を慎重に検討した結果、いただいた寄付金の一部を下記2プロジェクト支援に使用することを決定しましたのでご報告申し上げます。

その他の支援先については引き続き検討を重ねていますので、決定した段階で随時ご報告させていただきます。

１ プロジェクトFUKUSHIMA!　

 

『プロジェクトFUKUSHIMA!』は、「故郷を失ってしまうかもしれない危機の中でも、福島が外とつながりを持ち、福島で生きていく希望を持って、福島の未来の姿を考えたい。」という意思のもと、福島出身の音楽家の大友良英、遠藤ミチロウ、詩人の和合亮一が代表となり始まりました。今年8月15日に福島市の四季の里をメイン会場として開催される音楽を中心とした「フェスティバルFUKUSHIMA!」をはじめ、過酷な福島の現状とどう向き合い、どう生きていけばいいのかなど、切実で根源的な問いを一緒に考えていく「スクール FUKUSHIMA!」、フクシマの現状を福島から世界に発信する独自のインターネットTV「DOMMUNE FUKUSHIMA！」など、様々なプロジェクトを長期的に展開していきます。

1.  Project FUKUSHIMA!

 

"Project FUKUSHIMA!" started on the initiative of two musicians, Yoshihide Omoto, Michiro Endo and a poet, Ryoichi Wago, with the will to " sustain the links with the outside, keep the hope of a life in Fukushima, and think about the future of Fukushima, even while in danger of losing our hometown."

Starting with the "Festival FUKUSHIMA!" converging around music and taking place mainly in Fukushima city "Village of Four Seasons" on August 15th of this year, they will also organize various projects in the long term, such as "School FUKUSHIMA!", an institution aimed at thinking about these compelling and primordial questions namely how to face Fukushima's severe situation, or how to deal with daily life. Another project would be a Fukushima original internet broadcast "DOMMUNE FUKUSHIMA" that will inform the rest of the world of the situation in Fukushima.

２ 石巻ワンダー横丁

 

『石巻ワンダー横丁』は「未来へ号」で被災地と関東を往来しながらボランティア活動に関わっているアーティスト遠藤一郎や安土早紀子、梶原千恵らの発案により、地元の手伝いをする関わりあいの中で始動しました。宮城県石巻市の中心部にある商店街の店舗のシャッターに絵を描いたり看板を作ったりしています。こうした活動の第一歩として、地元のアーティストを含めたアーティスト達と石巻の人達が主体となり、商店街に点々と場を設け、展示、発表の他、寄合所、ワークショップなど幅広い交流活動を行なっていきます。またシャトルバスがそれぞれの地域の人達を乗せ、横浜、東京と東北を往復運行します。東京、横浜からはアーティストの他、一般のボランティア希望者なども乗せていきます。アーティストだけでなく誰でもそれぞれの出来る事を活かし、元気復興への協力を行ないます。

2. Ishinomaki Wonder Yokocho 

 

"Ishinomaki Wonder Yokocho" was initiated by Ichiro Endo, Sakiko Azuchi, and Chie Kajiwara, while they were involved in helping people living in the areas stricken by the disaster. Ichiro Endo had been volunteering while going back and forth in his “Go For Future” vehicle between Kanto and those areas. They are making signboards and painting the shutters in the shopping area located in the center of Ishinomaki city, in Miyagi prefecture.　And this is the beginning of this project revolving around the people of Ishinomaki and in collaboration with artists including local artists. It aims at creating places in the shopping area and organizing a wide range of activities for people to interact such as exhibitions, showcases, gatherings and workshops.

Also, a shuttle bus will make round trips between Yokohama, Tokyo and Tohoku with people from each region on board. Other than artists, the bus is also driving ordinary people from Tokyo and Yokohama who are willing to volunteer. This project helps with the revitalization of the stricken areas not only through the collaboration of artists but by making use of everybody's potential.

◇　横浜で開催されている小木曽瑞惠さんの個展「左見右見（とみこうみ）」。
会期中に行われるワークショップの参加費を全額Japan Art Donationにご寄付いただきます。

Solo exhibition at Yokohama Bay Quarer by Mizue Ogiso.
All the sales of the workshop will be donated to Japan Art Donation.

【企画概要】

季節ごとに感度の高いアート作品を紹介していく横浜ベイクォーター「ギャラリーBOX」。
20回目にあたる今期は、風景の観察を通した独自の視点で物語を構築し、ファンタジーとリアリティーの狭間にある世界を表現する小木曽瑞枝を紹介します。

「左見右見（とみこうみ）」とは、右をみたり左を見たり、あちらこちらを見ること。平面と立体を組み合わせて構成した空間は、視点を変えてみることでさまざまな表情をみせます。木製のパネルをくり抜いてつくられたオブジェは、自分の半径１m程の視界にある小さな発見を集積たちだと彼女はいいます。『どこかの風景』だけれども、どこでもないどこかの場所。3.11の大震災は私たちの日常、価値観を大きく変えました。本展タイトルに今回彼女が選んだ「左見右見」ということばは、情報に翻弄される私たちの姿とも重なります。どこか欠けた風景は、これから再生されていく未来の風景を思わせます。
なお、７月９日(土)には小木曽瑞枝＋池田光宏による”ひかるブローチ”を制作するワークショップを開催予定です。詳細は横浜ベイクォーターウェブサイトにて後日発表致します。

【ギャラリーBOXについて】

横浜ベイクォーターの３・４・５階通路壁面にて展開されているパブリックなアートギャラリー。
全部で27個のBOX空間を用いて、季節ごとに感度の高いアート作品を展示・紹介しています。

◇大岩オスカール幸男などニューヨークのアーティストが集まり、被災地のためのチャリティ展を開催しました。
この日に集まった$1,620を全額Japan Art Donationに寄付して下さるそうです。

2泊3日の駆け足でしたが、JADスタッフとともに東北に行ってきました。
現地で会ったアーティストの皆さん、地元の方々のお話しを聞き、今後のJADの活動に役立てたいと思っています。

We visited Tohoku for 3days to see the situation of the stricken area.
JAD would like to refer to the opinions of  local artists and people we met there on our activities.

◇平素からJapan Art Donationにご協力、ご支援いただき有り難うございます。


4月9日〜14日の会期でトーキョーワンダーサイト渋谷にてチャリティ展「Art for Tomorrow」を開催いたしました。

55人のアーティスト、20軒のギャラリーのご協力により、約90点の作品を展示、販売いたしました。

また会期中には、青山悟、秋吉風人、榎本耕一の公開制作や、流麻二果、さとうりさによるワークショップ、ニブロールによるダンス、HITOTZUKIによるライブペインティング、宮沢章夫、坂手洋二、高井浩子、矢内原美邦による朗読会など、ジャンルを超えた多くの表現者の方々に参加いただきました。

「Art for Tomorrow」展は、おかげさまで多くのお客様にご来場いただき、会期の5日間で入場者数は 670人、ご出品いただいた作品の売上代金、公開制作売上げ、および募金の総額は 1,848,243 円となりました。
これらは全額Japan Art Donationに寄付をさせていただき、芸術、文化を通じた被災地、被災者の方々への支援活動に活用して参ります。

お寄せいただいた多大なるご厚意を有意義なかたちでお届けできるよう、被災地の情報収集や状況分析、検討を重ね、具体的なアクションプランを策定していく所存です。

今後ともJapan Art Donationにご支援いただきますよう、心よりお願い申し上げます。



◇First of all, we would like to express our most sincere appreciation for your cooperation and support to Japan Art Donation

From April 9th to 14th we have held a charity exhibition “Art for Tomorrow” in Tokyo Wonder Site Shibuya for which, thanks to the collaboration of 55 artists and 20 galleries, about 90 artworks were exhibited and available for sale.
Also, during the period of the exhibition, many genre-crossing artists and creators participated in setting up workshops, dance performances, live painting, recitals, etc.

We are proud to announce that the “Art for Tomorrow” exhibition attracted as many as 670 visitors during the 5 days, and that the proceeds from the sale of the presented artworks, the on-site creations and the donations reached a total of ￥1,848,243.
The totality of the amount will be donated to Japan Art Donation, in order to pursue our activities towards supporting the victims of the earthquake and the disaster-stricken areas through art and culture.

In order to respond to this considerable generosity in the most meaningful way, we are gathering information and analyzing the conditions of the afflicted areas with a great deal of consideration, so as to implement a concrete action plan.
 
We look forward to your continued support to Japan Art Donation in the future.
 

ドイツ、デュッセルドルフで3月29日に開催されたアートチャリティでは196人のアーティストが参加し、日本の被災地支援のために作品を提供しました。
450人以上の方が作品の購入や寄付をおこない、合計約22,200ユーロが集まりました。
集まった募金は全額Japan Art Donationにご寄付いただき、4月12日付で当該口座に入金いただきました。
本チャリティ展を企画されたKatja Stukeさん, Oliver Sieberさん, 志田美知子さん、作品を提供していただいたアーティストの方々、そしてご寄付をいただきました皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。

Charity exhibition was held in Dusseldorf, Germany on 29th March and 196 artists donated their works to support the stricken areas in Japan.
More than 450 people bought works or donated money and about 22,200EUR was collected.
We are grateful  to Katja Stuke, Oliver Sieber, Michiko Shida for organizing this show, all the artists who exhibited their work, and the people who donated or bought the works.

東日本大震災復興支援チャリティ展「Art for Tomorrow」

 

Japan Art Donation（JAD）は、今回の東日本大震災を受け、被災地の文化復興、現地でのワークショップ、ダンス、演劇、パフォーマンスの開催などアートを通じた被災者への活動を目的として設立されました。

皆さまからいただく寄付金はすべて被災地や被災者を対象とした芸術、文化、アートに関わる支援活動に充ててまいります。

 

このたびJapan Art Donationでは、Tokyo Wonder Siteとの共催によりチャリティ展覧会を開催する運びとなりました。

JADにご賛同いただいたアーティスト、ギャラリーのご協力により、作品の展示、販売をおこない、売上代金はすべてJapan Art Donationに寄付をさせていただきます。

 

また会期中には、アーティストの公開制作、ワークショップ、パフォーマンスなどを開催し、アーティストの真摯な態度と、このような状況にあっても創造を継続する意志に触れていただきたいと考えています。

 

現在、被災地区では行方不明者の捜索、避難所への物資供給などが集中的におこなわれています。

一方では、被災された方々の心のケアも今後必ず重要な課題となってきます。

その時にこそ芸術は人々の心を癒し、生活に活力を取り戻すことが出来ると信じています。
